Our Executive Chairman has 15+ years of experience and under his leadership, SPSIL aims to become a world-class enterprise leveraging cutting-edge technologies like block mill and more. He graduated from De Montfort University, UK, and completed his MBA at the Indian School of Business.
Our Vice-Chairperson has 20+ years of experience in manufacturing and international trading of steel products and has been pivotal in making SPSIL a leading exporter of long steel products in India. She oversees the finance team and serves as our technical and strategic advisory. She graduated from IMS-Indore.
Our Managing Director has played a crucial role in transforming SPSIL's financial and operational performance. Under his guidance, we've become leading manufacturers of long steel products in India, with a turnover Rs. 1000+ Cr. He has a background in mechanical engineering.
Our Independent Director is an Associate member of the ICAI since 2013. He has worked with Chartered Accountants and law firms, handling audit and taxation assignments across sectors like infrastructure, heavy engineering, and more. He has also managed fund syndication for corporate groups and currently serves as an independent director at PATH (India) Limited.
Our Company Secretary has 15+ years of extensive experience during which he performed secretarial duties for listed and public companies. His expertise includes corporate secretarial practices, taxation, corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy issues, and accounting techniques. He's an active member of ICSI and a Fellow Member of ICSI.
Our Independent Director has spent 15+ years as a consultant and taxation advisory. He has served on numerous policy formation committees and contributed to policy-making across different organizations. He was elected as the youngest member of the Indore branch of ICAI and as a Regional Council Member of the Central India Regional Council of ICAI (CIRC).
Our CFO has 18+ years of experience in finance, accounts, restructuring, financial asset utilization, and cost management. He has worked with several multinational companies, and leverages his experience towards effective strategy execution in both technical and commercial aspects of the company. He did his MBA from IIIT-Pune.
Our President is one of our founding members and the force behind establishing the steel plant in Gandhidham. He has 37+ years of experience during which he worked at Tata Iron and Steel Company in Jamshedpur. He has also traveled across Latam to set up steel plants.
Our VP-Operations has 28+ years of experience in the alloy steel industry. He's an avid mentor and has participated in various programs with VLFM (Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing). He graduated from Rajasthan University.
Our VP-Procurement has 34+ years of experience in the steel industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).
Our President of Projects has 40+ years of experience and specializes in operations, steel production and rolling mills, power generation, and the management of both new projects and existing plants. He graduated from IIT- Kanpur.
Our Community Advisor has 18+ years of experience in the real estate and steel industries. She's passionate about sports and education, and has been instrumental in establishing the foundation and identifying initiatives based on community needs.
