Mr. Vishesh Shahra, a prominent entrepreneur and a key figure in the founding and promotion of Shreeyam Power and Steel Industries Limited, serves as the Executive Chairman of the company. With over one and half decades of experience in the field of manufacturing and trading, he plays a crucial role in shaping business strategies and driving the growth of SPSIL. Under his leadership, the company is committed to becoming a world-class enterprise through the use of cutting-edge technology. Mr. Vishesh did his graduation in Business Studies from De Montfort University, UK, and completed his MBA at the Indian School of Business.
Ms. Bhavna Goel, the Vice-Chairperson of the company, brings over two decades of expertise in manufacturing and international trading of various steel products. Her enthusiasm and experience in global markets have helped SPSIL become a leading exporter of long steel products in India. She pursued an MBA in Accounting from the Institute of Management Studies DAVV, Indore. As an active board member, she oversees and guides the finance team of the company to ensure that SPSIL should be a financially self-reliant company. Further, she is providing technical and strategic advisory to the Company for shaping the future of SPSIL.
He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2013, having a professional experience of more than 10 years. He has worked with Chartered Accountants firms and Law Firms for around 2 years and handled audit & taxation assignments of clients engaged in diversified sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Infrastructure, Health Care, Heavy Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, educational institutions etc. Additionally, he spent a year working with Corporate Groups, gaining experience in syndicating various fund-based and non-fund-based limits. He also serves as an independent director at PATH (India) Limited.
Mr. Nilesh Gupta is a renowned and fellow Chartered Accountant. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Management Consultancy, Financial Consultancy, Business Consultancy, Taxation advisory and Audit. He has worked with a clientele that ranges across various industries including but not limited to Heavy Engineering Companies, Pharmaceutical Companies, Agriculture and Metallurgy. He has been on the panel of various committees formed for the purpose of policy formation with various departments and has been a contributor to many organizations in policy making. He was elected as the youngest-ever member of the Indore branch of ICAI for three years and also elected as Regional Council Member of Central India Regional Council of ICAI (CIRC).

Mr. Bhatt brings with him over two decades of leadership experience in the steel industry, having held key positions across various renowned companies. His in-depth knowledge of operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and market expansion will be instrumental in supporting our long-term growth and reinforcing its position in the industry.
Mr. Srinivas is a seasoned metallurgical and steel industry executive with extensive experience across integrated steel manufacturing, operations management, project execution, and process optimization. He possesses comprehensive expertise spanning Carbon Steels, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys, Super Alloys, Remelting Alloys, and Titanium Alloys. His experience covers the complete steel value chain—from iron making and primary steelmaking to secondary metallurgy, casting, rolling, forming, heat treatment, and remelting technologies.
He has worked across a broad spectrum of steelmaking technologies including AOD, BOF, EAF, Blast Furnace, COREX, CONARC, and various casting and rolling mill configurations for Flats, TMT, Structures, Special Bar Quality, and Engineering Steels catering to Defence, Aerospace, Automobile, Railways, Oil & Gas, Power, Engineering, Outer Space, and Space Launcher applications.
As a dynamic executive with extensive experience in operations and project management at Amalgam Steel, Srinivas has demonstrated strong capabilities in CAPEX planning, process optimization, operational efficiency enhancement, safety compliance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. His approach combines technical excellence with operational discipline to deliver impactful results in steel production and project execution.
Dr. Shailesh Joshi brings with him over 35 years of rich experience, predominantly in the cement industry. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce, a degree in Law (LLB), and a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour, giving him a strong blend of academic depth and practical business acumen. Over the course of his career, he has built and led the launch of several prominent cement brands, including Binani Cement, Sanghi Cement, and JK Sixer Cement, among others. His deep expertise in brand building, market positioning, and consumer insights has been instrumental in driving growth and establishing strong brand recall in highly competitive markets. As Chief Marketing Officer, Dr. Joshi continues to bring his extensive industry knowledge and strategic marketing vision to the organisation.
Our Company Secretary has 15+ years of extensive experience during which he performed secretarial duties for listed and public companies. His expertise includes corporate secretarial practices, taxation, corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy issues, and accounting techniques. He's an active member of ICSI and a Fellow Member of ICSI.
Our CFO has 18+ years of experience in finance, accounts, restructuring, financial asset utilization, and cost management. He has worked with several multinational companies, and leverages his experience towards effective strategy execution in both technical and commercial aspects of the company. He did his MBA from IIIT-Pune.
Our VP-Procurement has 34+ years of experience in the steel industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).
Our President of Projects has 40+ years of experience and specializes in operations, steel production and rolling mills, power generation, and the management of both new projects and existing plants. He graduated from IIT-Kanpur.
