In SPSIL/National TMT Bars we maintain lower suphur and phosphorus levels within the standard. Excess levels of Sulphur leads to “Hot Shortness” wherein the melting point of steel is lowered, leading to failure under extreme high-temperature conditions. Excess levels of Phosphorus leads to “Cold Shortness” wherein the steel becomes brittle under extremely cold conditions and leads to cracking.

We are flexible to provide bundles of TMT bars ranging from 70 kg to 5 MT as per customer requirement. We also provide customized solutions to our customers at their site as and when required. Thus, we fulfil all the customers’ requirements and also add value to their needs.
